Refund policy

IN-STORE RETURNSwe have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after purchasing your item from our store to return for a refund. After 15 days, you will receive a store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Holiday Returns/exchanges will be accepted through January 15th. 

ONLINE ORDERS/RETURNS All online orders are processed Monday-Friday and typically ship out within one business day. To make a return or an exchange, simply contact us at support@worldtraveler.com and we will instruct you on how to make the return.

We will happily accept online returns or exchanges on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date. If you decide to return your order for a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your order total. If you decide to exchange or receive store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived.
